洲明：户外COB的零突破，LED直显拉开新赛道

　　2023年是COB LED显示的爆发元年。数据预测其成长率将高达50%以上。在这样的背景下，进一步加码COB显示技术，亦成为行业共识。其中，洲明科技全球首发、市场0突破的户外COB LED显示产品和解决方案，更是在传统户内应用需求之外，打开了COB技术“户外新赛道”的大门。

　　户外0突破，COB进入“全场景”时代

　　2023杭州亚运期间，洲明打造的“全球首款户外COB”应用案例亮相西湖畔。据悉该产品不仅具有传统COB产品高可靠性、高清晰度、超轻薄、全天候工况高稳定性、耐磨易清洁等传统优势，更是具有大于7000nits的更高亮度、10000:1以上的领先对比度，实现了室外LED显示应用新高度。

　　

　　COB产品户外“0”的突破，必然开启COB应用和市场发展的新篇章!行业专家指出，洲明COB显示技术过去10年实现了从无到有、从小间距到微间距、从mini LED到micro LED、从少量供应到大批制造、从户内高端应用到户内外普及的跨越式发展。其已经成为洲明LED产品线中“成长性最高的板块之一”。

　　2023年6月20日，洲明集团隆重召开Mini/Micro全场景产品发布会。会上，洲明领先全球首次提出了COB六大应用场景全覆盖的产业发展理念。洲明科技以涵盖P0.4~P4点间距的UMicro、UMiniⅢ Pro、UMiniⅢ、UMiniW、绿色节能LMini、户外COB等六大Mini/Micro产品系列分享了集团Mini/Micro COB产业技术布局，诠释了“全形态、全场景、全应用”的COB显示未来图景。

　　洲明科技COB六大应用场景中，UMicro0.4突破量产和户外COB崭新产品，在“技术极限”和“应用新边疆”上实现可全面突破，再次引领全球LED直显市场高质量发展趋势。而持续不断拓展的技术极限、应用边疆，也将是未来COB产品持续增长的动力之一。洲明科技相关负责人认为，COB技术已具规模化基础，预计在三年内可实现35~50%的替代率，洲明COB供给将保持每年30%的增长。

　　从室内到户外，COB LED驶入崭新赛道

　　首推户外COB产品意味着什么呢?传统LED直显市场分为室内和户外两大“泾渭分明”的板块。几乎各自撑起了市场半壁江山。COB技术走向室外，首先就意味着“潜在应用规模”的极大增量。

　　中研普华产业研究院数据显示，2023年上半年我国LED显示屏市场规模约为242亿元，其中主要面向室内的小间距LED显示屏市场规模约为91亿元。由此可见，户外、室内LED屏市场几乎是“各占半边天”的行业格局。

　　

　　另一方面，据智研咨询数据显示，2019年中国户外电子屏广告行业市场规模突破200亿元，2022年突破300亿元，预计2023年有望突破380亿元——高速增长的户外广告需求，是户外LED屏主要的“变现”方向之一。受益于5G商业化深入普及以及裸眼3D、转角3D、弧面特效和夜景等创意技术形式加持，LED室外应用的价值被不断提升。

　　因此，COB产品在户外市场实际面临了“存量体验升级”、“增量市场拓展”的两重机遇。其中，COB产品将带给户外应用的“新”体验，将是其主要的竞争优势。
